Bakugan Battle Pack – Top Selling Toy
Bakugan Battle Brawlers are sure to be one of the top selling toys this Christmas. The name Bakugan comes from the Japanese words “baku”, meaning “to explode,” and “gan”, meaning “sphere.” Bakugan Battle Brawlers is a combination of strategic marble and card play.
The Game: The Bakugans are small colored spheres that morphed into Bakugan warriors when they are rolled and landed on the Bakugan Cards. Each player begins with 3 Bakugan Brawlers and 3 cards, one of which is the ability card. Each player places a card face down, but the ability card cannot be use on your first turn.
Each player the shoot a Bakugan and brawl! If the Bakugan does not open, the player loses a turn. If the Bakugan lands on a card with another Bakugan and both stand up, they battle. To Battle the Bakugan, look at the cards, compare the G power of the Bakugans and the value of the cards. The Bakugan with the most G powers wins the battle and the winning player gets to capture the defeated Bakugan and its card. When all of your Bakugans and cards are captured, you loose. The winner takes all!
The Background: Bakugan Battle Brawlers is based on the hugely popular children anime TV show Bakugan Battle Brawlers which debuted in Japan in 2007. It began in the States on The Cartoon Network on February 2008.
The game contains its own set of detailed instructions so that your children can follow it if they are playing this game for the first time. However, if they are not familiar with other types of car games before playing the Bakugan Battle pack they might need your help in understanding the rules and tricks of the game completely, in the beginning. However, once they are hooked onto it, they can spend hours playing with this incredible product.
All in all this is a great game. It combines games like Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokmon into a portable symphony of fun. If your kids grow tired of their pieces and demand more there is always the option of trading rather than buying new sets.
