No business should discriminate against anyone, but if your cleaning company does not understand what you need, there is a problem.

If the head of your cleaning company is always on vacation, or not available to you when you need them, then you should change to another service. It isn’t fair to you to have to deal with these problems when there are so many other companies out there that will bend over backwards to make sure your office is clean and tidy just the way you like it.
