Making Dirty Public Restrooms Look Well-Maintained

Schools all throughout the country are constantly upgrading different parts of their schools in the technology department, school books, and even in the sports areas, but what about something as simple as the everyday restroom facilities. Every day children abuse toilet paper dispensers and hand dryers in school bathrooms. The plan was to steer clear of the excess use of paper, but instead schools have to change equipment that has been mangled and written on and simply trashed. Microfiber cleansing cloths will not be able to clean up this mess this time because now it is time for a complete renovation. Schools all over the country need to understand that clean bathrooms and updated equipment are essential and necessary.

Bathrooms have been known in the past as the place to get away from class and do things that people are not supposed to be doing in a school environment. Now they are the place to go if you need to make a phone call or participate in any other kind of action that is against the rules. Bathrooms, not only in schools but in all places, are spoiled with offensive inscriptions that are read by everyone who enters the room. Sometimes messages can seem funny and entertaining, but the truth is that it counts as destruction of property. When people ruin other property it is a careless act of dishonesty and anyone who breaks the rules, especially in a school should suffer the same consequences as anyone else.

One thing that students all over the country also have a problem with is using up other people’s resources. The bathroom is already an ill-treated place of a school but there is also a lot of waste as well. This is why paper has been formally switched to air and water pressure levels have been turned down low. Schools have no choice but to limit everything because recently, students are out of control and schools cannot do anything else but break them off.

The bathroom is supposed to be a quick, clean, easy to use area where students can do what they need to do and get back to class, but for some reason, students seem to think of it as a playground. The restroom should not be trashed by students but it should not always be as filthy as it is either. The school has the responsibility of keeping facilities clean for students whether they deserve it or not.

Students should be required to respect their general facilities and one of the only ways to implement this is to enforce rules and create punishments. Without rules and punishments students will continue to disobey rules and property will continue to be defaced. As a school principle or official one should know that this is the only way to make students pay attention. Especially in high school, it is a very hard group to handle as well. Enforcing the system, can create good measures for the children entering school in years to follow and can generate a great name for your school around your district.
